Hi, I’m Yael, a yoga teacher based in Playa Venao, Panama
Originally from Israel, I practice both yoga and surfing. Yoga has greatly supported my surfing by improving balance, strength, and body awareness.
Through my classes, I aim to help students experience real physical and mental benefits in a supportive, welcoming space. My classes are suitable for all levels

I invite you to join online yoga classes in a calm, supportive, and welcoming space
The classes combine flowing movement, mindful breathing, and gentle strengthening, with personal adaptations for every level and every body.
As a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with 5 years of practice and teaching experience, I focus on awareness, presence, and creating a sense of safety within the practice.
My goal is to offer a nurturing space where you can slow down, build strength, improve flexibility, and release tension — at your own pace.
The classes are suitable for all levels, including complete beginners, and take place on Zoom from the comfort of your home.
